Splend, the leading global provider of rideshare rental vehicles is ready to open its new Member Support Centre in London.

The new 2300-square-metre facility is located at 393 Edgware Road Cricklewood, London, less than one mile southwest of Brent Cross Shopping Centre, and is scheduled to open in early April. The announcement of the new location comes after more than a year of successful operation in the United Kingdom.

“The expansion to the Cricklewood facility means that our Members in London will have a one-stop shop where they can catch up with their dedicated Member Success Representatives, attend Member Events, or just exchange Uber driving tips and tricks with fellow drivers over a cup of tea,” said Benjamin Staddon, Head of UK Operations at Splend.

“The sheer size and the quality of the new facility will allow us to add a number of ancillary services that will allow us to create a world-class experience for every Member,” Staddon added.

The new facility will also serve as an education centre for new Splend Members, who will go through their on-boarding here, in addition to receiving driver training courses and picking up their cars.

The London Member Support Centre will feature a spacious parking area as well as leisure amenities such as couches, kitchen and bathroom facilities with access to tea and coffee.

To visit the London Member Support Centre, the nearest train station is Cricklewood located on the Thameslink line.
