3. Troubleshooting

Car issues

Despite providing high-quality, safe and reliable Uber cars, there may be times on the road when your car isn’t performing at its best. The last thing you need in this situation is a hotline where they waste your time bouncing your call around.

Wouldn’t you rather call someone you know and trust? If you run into a problem with your car on the roads, just call your Customer Specialist and they will know exactly what to do.

Accident management

Accidents happen, and even a small bump can put your car off the road for a couple of days. If you’re ever involved in an accident, your Customer Specialist will be there to support you.

Once you’ve paid the insurance excess, they will take care of replacing your car so you can be back on the road earning an income while yours is being repaired (subject to availability).
